  • What is so special about Casey Taxation
    Casey Taxation is created to provide you one solution from setting up a company, partnership or trust to managing your books as well as reporting to ATO and ASIC.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Majority of our clients receive their tax refund within 10 business days. At times, ATO may have to process tax return manually that may delay the refund and it may take up to 30 days.
  • Can I pay your fee from my tax refund?
    No. This facility is currently not available. We may, in future, introduce this facility.
  • How much is your fees for Tax return?
    Tax returns starts from $77* (University students and Seniors). Our fee is very competitive and depends upon the taxpayer, nature of work and complexity of tax affairs. For example, An individual taxpayer will pay differently than an SME.
  • Do I have to visit your office for lodging my tax return?
    Due to Covid-19 social distancing measures in place across Australia, we are not taking any face to face appointments. Rest assured we will meet all your taxation and Accounting needs without the need to have a face to face meeting. Once these restrictions are lifted you are welcome to come to our office.
  • How do I lodge online?
    Follow our three simple steps to provide all necessary information and documentation while sitting at the comfort of your home. Our experienced taxation professionals will review the information, prepare the tax return and communicate with you to ensure nothing got missed. Once confirmed, signed and payment finalised; we will lodge the return with ATO electronically.
  • Is my personal information safe when I lodge online?
    All you information is encrypted on our servers and cannot be viewed by anyone except us. The website has a SSL/TLS certificate which makes impossible for people to snif/ see your data
  • Can I pay taxation fee via bank transfer into your account?
    Yes. We will send you an invoice when we start working on your tax return. It will include our banking details if you want to make EFT payment for our services.
  • Can I refer my family and friends to your business?
    We strive to provide quality service to all our clients. We would love to provide the same quality service to your known network. We encourage and request all our clients to spread the word to their family and friends.
